Payment
You can pay for items using any credit or debit card or use paypal.
Payments are made to Trader76 Group. UK (SubmissionSniper.com, LEDpacific.com) via paypal. TRADER76GRO will show up on your credit card statement, or Paypal activity.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please check our customer service page for returns address.

For international orders we do no refund return shipping for any reason even if defective but we will not charge to resend an item.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

We do not refund used items but we will replace if an item if deemed faulty within 90 days of use.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If sending a return quote your order number and wether you would like an exhange (include size and model) and your name and address.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, international shipping takes around 7 working days from date of order with FedEx/DHL. For UK delivery expect a waiting time of around 1-4 working days from date of purchase.
